Unnecessary Duplicate File Folders

Every time I create a New Project, it asks for a Location for my media. And when I select one it creates unnecessary Project Folder which will have all the Assets and Renders which I already have. I like to keep all my Renders (from several different projects) in a different folder but this creates a Render Folder in the New Project Folder and keeps a copy there. It duplicates the entire Assets too. It's really confusing and Data consuming.

How do I skip this option? It only happens when I use Cloud.
