A few extra comments about uploading HDR content to YT or Vimeo.
For the last year or so, 90% of the personal content I produce is uploaded to YT or Vimeo in 4K HDR. My preferred export format from DVR Studio is UHD, h.265, 10-bit, 4:2:0, BT2020, ST2084 PQ. Both YT and Vimeo have no problem with this format.
I used to output the same but in Rec.2100 HLG, but found the colorimetry better when viewing on HDR iPhones and HDR TV's with the ST2084 PQ setting. The color seems better when viewing on SDR devices as well. About the only time I'll output BT.709 SDR content is to upload to something like FB or other site that doesn't support HDR.
Here is a screen shot of my typical settings when dealing with NRaw files from one of my cameras. With others, I might use CST's to deal with other types of input files if in a mixed source environment.
