Optimize DaVinci Neural Engines Spinning Wheel

Just upgraded to version 20b, and it gets stuck when opening the program saying "optimize DaVinci Neural Engines, and then as soon as I hover over into the box areas I get a spinning wheel with no way to click on the disable, skip or optimize buttons. Running on a Asus Zenbook Duo with 4050 gpu.

Anyone come across this? I thought it might have been the System Display Graphics App set to high Performance with Optimize for Windows games off, so I'm not sure why I'm still receiving this error.

Solved it thanks so much for NO support from Davinci on this or YT gurus telling us all how great this update 20 is. Guys tell people from the get go to Download Python for your software to work! That was the solution? Why not tell everyone and make it clear when downloading and installing the latest python So everyone seeing this issue go download python and it's then fixed
