I am experiencing a critical issue as a first-time user of **DaVinci Resolve Free Version**. The software consistently crashes when attempting to load the main interface, rendering it unusable. Below are the specifics:
**Issue Description:**
- Crash occurs immediately after the splash screen during main interface loading.
- DaVinci Resolve process remains active in the background with high memory usage (**~2 GB observed**), but 0% CPU activity.
- Process termination requires force quitting.
**System Configuration:**
- **Operating System:** Windows 11 24H2
- **DaVinci Resolve Version:** 20 Beta 2 (installed via official website)
- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 7 7745HX
- **GPU:** NVIDIA RTX 4070 Laptop GPU (latest drivers installed)
- **RAM:** 32GB DDR5
- **Storage:** Installed on C: Drive (1TB NVMe SSD, **35GB free space remaining**)
**Troubleshooting Attempted:**
1. Multiple clean installations of DaVinci Resolve (including registry cleanup).
2. Updated NVIDIA GPU drivers to the latest version with CUDA components confirmed.
