Previously rendered entire videos show partially offline

This is absolutely insane to me. Previously rendered videos from Resolve dropped into a timeline only have portions of the video online. Not sure how and when this started but if I take one of my old videos into resolve this happens on a regular basis. I have to convert it in Handbrake in order to edit it in Resolve again.
