This is my first post. I have gone back to the logs and other sources but have not been able to find a solution.
Title: After starting DaVinci Resolve, it stops responding on the Project Manager screen.
DaVinci Resolve version 19.1.4_Windows
PC specs
CPU: AMD Ryzen7 3700X
Memory:64GB
OS:Windows11Pro(ver24H2 OS build 26100.3915)
OS install Storege:1TB(Free space 300GB)*Davinci Resolve installed
GPU:AMD Radeon RX590 (VRAM:8GB)
PSU: 750W ATX PSU
What I have tried so far
1. “13 Fixes For DaVinci Resolve Not Opening Issue (2025!)”

I have followed all of the steps found on this site. However, the problem was not resolved.
2. After searching this forum, I found that the OFX plugin was affecting the issue, but it was not installed in our environment.

3. We have disabled the antivirus, firewall, and VPN, but the situation has not improved.
4. The PC I mentioned above has multiple Windows accounts set up. On another Windows account, DaVinci Resolve worked fine.
In other words, the cause of the problem is specific to the user profile. The suspect is per %APPDATA%, but once I rebuild the relevant profile, I get the Welcome screen and the Quick Setup Wizard. This is normal behavior, but it always freezes on the Project Manager screen after configuration.
I am attaching the crash log, although it is an impertinent request. I am not a total amateur PC user, but this is the first time I have seen this kind of pattern. Thank you in advance for your help.
