AI Multicam SmartSwitch not working

I have tried several times to get the new AI Multicam SmartSwitch to work and it does not. It actually shows the button as greyed out ant not selectable. If I right click on the multicam angle in the timeline it does allow me to select "Multicam SmartSwitch" and I go through the process and it does appear to analyze but when it completes...nothing is done. This could totally be me but I'm not sure as I've tried several different times following a few tutorials online. Anyone else having this or where do I look to get some help with this.

I get stuck at 00:00:00 remaining and nothing will happen.
