Cannot Import Clip in Davinci Resolve base on Arch Linux

installed Davinci Resolved on linux OS, cachy os, but when I try to insert a clip into the media. it can't be inserted.
How can i fix this problem?

Confirm you have the paid version of resolve installed if the files are h.264/5

Resolve does not have error messages for unsupported codecs, as you have discovered. I think this is silly, if you agree, please add your support here;
