Snapping/Centering for Transform and Dynamic Zoom

Is their a feature where you can snap or center video in the timeline box? I've found some other software that does this and its a real lifesaver when cropping videos. It doesn't seem as though this has this feature but would love to see it. I would prefer not to need multiple different video editors in order to do a job.
