The new Film Look Creator Tool in Fusion Studio does not allow custom Film Gate Ratios.
The Inspector Control simply can't be modified on my Windows Machine.
I have not verified to check if it's in the Fusion page as well.
This is what I am Talking about:
Ratio H and V can't be changed unless you first change the value through the console. Then they turn active.
