MAc Davinci Resolve beta 4 Unzip Issue

Dear Support,

I have downloaded the mac version 2 times and on both occasions, there was an issue with it not being able to unzip.

So for clarity, the file cannot unzip. It stops after about 1-3 minutes of unzipping

Hi Robert

I can't see an issue here. I can download the free and studio versions from the support page, unzip both and load the DMG files successfully. I downloaded them with Firefox and Safari, so I'm not sure it is a browser issue either.

If you're using Safari, can go to Settings > General > Open "safe" files after downloading, and disable it if it is enabled and try again?

Try another browser, I use to use Firefox, never troubles. I just downloaded and installed b4.
Check the size that all download was done

Hello Everyone on this response.

Thank you for responding. I rebooted my system, and checked the file again. It did not expand, so I was copying it to another drive to test exporting there. I would not copy higheer than 761MB.

So I downloaded the zip again to a new drive, and the file expanded as normal.

So there is some hardware issue with that RAID drive. As it would allow me to download the entire file twice to it, but now I realize, it is not allowing proper reads.

So thank you for chiming in, as the issue is solved, and I am now running the update.
