How to make the voice to sound the same on two audio tracks?

We have two audio tracks for the same clip, one recorded live (outside) in a good (quiet) environment and the other one recorded in studio. Even if it is the same narrator the voice is slightly different.

How to reach the point at which the voice would be the same on both tracks?

Is there a plugin which would analyze the waveforms and make this adjustment for us?

Resolve 20 provides Dialogue Matcher, EQ Matcher, and Level Matcher functions available from the Clip contextual menu.

Is it stable? Can I safely work in production with it?

Resolve 20 has been stable on the systems here.

Always advisable to test on your system first before placing that system in production.

Dialogue Matcher, EQ Matcher, and Level Matcher functions available from the Clip contextual menu may not be in the free version, I am on studio so not sure. back up your projects in your current resolve version. then you can try the 20 beta without fear, you can then allways go back to your older version.
Its stable for me on my hardware. There will allways be bugs in both the older stable and the beta. If peeps do not try the betas the bugs will never be fixed.
