Client shared Cloud library but project gets stuck loading

Hi everyone,

First time using a Blackmagic cloud project overall so apologies if this is an issue seen outside of the beta also. Client shared their Blackmagic Cloud library with me to edit a project.

They are using Public Beta 19 version 6 so I downloaded the same. I can see the project library load up and when I click the thumbnail to load the project it gets stuck about 94% in and crashes Davinci.

They are sharing from a PC and I'm using a Mac, OS X Sonoma version 14.5. I will try to update to the newest to see if that solves my issue but wanted to know if this was a known issue in any way or what ways I can try to troubleshoot this.

I know the project I'm trying to open is quite large and should have quite a lot of footage if that helps diagnose what could be wrong.

Updated the OS and nothing. Can anyone point me in the right direction to start troubleshooting this?

to whoever runs across this in the future, my solution was to uninstall, restart, reinstall, restart a few times and it finally worked.

In case this helps, we ran into the same issue on 18.6.6 (MacOS) with local Resolve project server. We were able to resolve by: Launching another project, going to Playback > Delete Render Cache > Manage Cache Data... And clearing everything related to the offending project. Once done, close out Resolve and try again.

Hey, I am also stuck on 94% in Davinci Resolve 20 Beta 4 Cloud project. I tried everything. I reinstalled it and even installed older beta version but nothing seems to work. It is a big project and I have to deliver it in two days.
Can anyone please help me? Thanks!
I cleared cache, deleted proxies and tried everything out there on the internet.
