Neon Flicker Title - Keyframes

In the Neon Flicker title, you can change the color of the text in the color control, by using keyframes. However you can't move the keyframes, you can't even delete them.

It is probably using a modifier such as perturb and not using keyframes as such

That's correct, but it uses Shake
