Rendering Video invokes AI Mask Tracking w error

Windows 11
32GB RAM
nVidia 4070 driver version 576.02
Alienware laptop

I had to downgrade to Studio Beta 2 because the Beta 4 sound kept muting every few minutes. Restarting many times did not solve the issue.

Now I can't render videos at all.

When I render a video, the Tracking window for AI Magic Mask pops up and does absolutely nothing.

After many minutes, when I click Stop - it says 'Render Job 1 Failed. No error.'

I went back to re-render the mask afresh. Even then the Tracking... window pops up and just freezes.

This is incredibly frustrating. Can anyone help?

I am also having this issue. I don't get the error code, but when I go to track my mask back and forth, the playhead jumps to beginning of clip, and tracking window pops up and just says "tracking" with zero progress and does nothing.
