Multicam based cutting is stuttering at cuts

Please see this video demonstration of what I mean. This is very annoying and hardly usable. I even removed the entire audio from inside the multicam sequence and placed them outside on main timeline and STILL this weird skip and stutter happens: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tkc4sG ... sp=sharing

Is there ANY solution to this? It makes multicam cutting unusable and very distracting.

Also, the button to see both multi cameras as well as this timeline view isn't there in my software anymore. What changed? Where is that?
