DRFX File errors and not opening

Hello there, I have been getting this warning on all my .dfrx files lately, Even ones I have already installed. I have not done anything new accept updated to the latest version of 19.1.4?
"The document “SUALVI Split Screens Demo.drfx” could not be opened. DaVinci Resolve cannot open files in the “DaVinci Resolve Template Bundle” format."

This is just an example but it happens on all drfx files even ones I have already installed over the years. I should get an overwrite or install message but am getting this error. The only way around it is to unzip the file and manually install the files in their proper place.
Anybody have any ideas what might be going wrong?

Mac Studio Max M2 Sonoma DR 19.1.4

Cannot figure out what could be wrong here, I should get a DR prompt asking to install or overwrite. This happens even on older drfx files I have successfully installed by double clicking the drfx file like I have always done for years.
