Has anyone had an issue where certain clips proxies didn't download ?

Other artists are fine and proxies auto downloaded.
1 workstation new clips are just red no pxy icon
...But! They can scrub the clips, but they are not in the Resolve Media folder.
No where to be found locally.
Never seen this before.
Is there a way to flush proxy download list somewhere and re download proxies?
Project already has successful proxies downloaded on this machine, it's just a new batch of rushes and wavs.
