Customize Caption isn't working with Automatic Captions

When I use the "Customize Caption" checkbox in the Caption menu under video subtitles doesn't change the text size when making changes. Also, can't create carriage returns in the text box. W10. Beta 3.

1- Just create a caption
2- Click in the caption
3- Click in Customize Caption
4- Try to change position or something else, you will see It will not work
