We need a Resolve diagnostics log as well:
In a File Explorer window, go to:
C:\Program Files\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve
and run CaptureLogs
This will place a Resolve log file named similar to this on your Windows Desktop: DaVinci-Resolve-logs-20181228_140434.zip (You may not see the .zip extension if your system is set to hide known extensions).
However, if you've just added some OFX plugins, those are likely the source of the problem.
In File Explorer, go to this folder:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX
In the OFX folder is a folder called Plugins
Rename the Plugins folder to Plugins.orig
Now does Resolve start? If so, remove the plugins you just installed from the Plugins folder and rename the Plugins folder back to Plugins.
