Move cache folders for ALL projects

I need to move the cache folder of ALL of my projects.
How can I do this without opening and change each and every one, please?

I'm not afraid to do some command line/config file+text editor work if necessary.

I'm not sure you can.

As I understand it, the default location for new projects will be the first drive listed under System>Media Storage. But Project Settings>Master Settings>Working Folders can override that location for that project. So I believe you may need to change that for every project.

Yes, possibly, but this is stored in a file somewhere, a file I am happy to manually edit. (I'm not happy to open 50 projects, wait for each to load and then go through multiple menus, copying and pasting directory paths.)
