Edit Page Curve Editor Value Inaccurate

I have a 2 keyframe setup on the Zoom property with a very straightforward curve ramp attempting to scale up some type. The curve consistently moves upward meanwhile the actual inspector value of the Zoom property seems to be going in reverse and then at the end it ramps up which is very different then what the curve value shows. I assume this is a bug but I've run into this several times now making the curves editor kind of useless. I attached a link to a video where you see the curve going up but the values in the inspector going down, then up at the very end.
