TS transport streams missing audio after first frame

I just installed Resolve 19.1.4 build 11.
When I import TS streams, I get video just fine, but only the first frame of audio.
The rest is silent.
HELP!?

I just upgraded to V20.0 build 49.
Same thing. Audio only during first frame.
I can play the videos with audio working fine in VLC media player.
What's going on?

Some TS clips have really bad sync, maybe DR is stumbling over this.
As a first step, trey to re-wrap into MOV, with a tool like Shutter Encoder. If that doesn't help, transcode into a high quality codec.
