On my test systems, Resolve 20 Mac and Resolve 19.1.4 Windows, when using the 'Show Stacked Timelines' shortcut (Keyboard Customization > Edit Timeline > Timeline View Options) there are numerous glitches in its functionality which seem to vary depending on which panel/window has active focus when using the shortcut, the number of timelines open in tabs, the number of stacks being shown/used, and even where the mouse cursor is currently positioned. The behaviour is pretty erratic and hard to pin down.
For example: at the moment, with the "Display Stacked Timelines" Timeline View Option enabled, and two timelines open in tabs in a single stack:
1) If the Edit Timeline panel has focus ... the shortcut seems to correctly toggle the Display Stacked Timelines state, with behaviour consistent with using the Timeline View Options menu in the UI, exactly as it should.
but...
2) If the Media Pool panel has focus... the shortcut doesn't seem to work, instead causing a) focus to change unexpectedly to the Edit Timeline panel and b) the active timeline tab to change ... meanwhile, stacked view is not toggled at all.
3) If the Source Viewer panel has focus... the shortcut causes a) focus to change to the Edit Timeline panel and b) the active timeline tab to change ... again, stacked view is not toggled.
4) If the Timeline Viewer panel has focus... the shortcut causes a) focus to change to the Edit Timeline panel (the active timeline tab does not change) ... again, stacked view is not toggled.
If and when I intentionally put my cursor over different panels before pressing the shortcut, it seems like the shortcut can sometimes trigger even more bizarre behaviour, with timelines that had been opened in tabs sometimes being closed instead of the display status changing, sometimes not being reinstated (after toggling stacked display status back on again), and if working with multiple stacks, sometimes single single stacks will get closed rather than simply globally enabling or disabling the view option state.
Simply pressing the command a second or third time often seems to compound these oddities.
On my systems, at least, something seems amiss... the shortcut operation should be consistent regardless of the number of tabs or stacks displayed and regardless of active window focus or mouse position ... it should operate exactly as if using the Timeline View Options menu (in the UI) which works perfectly ie it should do nothing other that enable and disable the Stacked Timelines view.
