Hello, I've been having the following problem since version 20 of Studio.
Once, I suddenly had a red clip in the timeline. The original clip in the media library was suddenly gone. But the following error is much more important: I extended an audio file with the music editor. That worked (although Adobe Audition does it even better), but afterward, I had noises in the file, like clipping and scratching. It's unmistakable.
I did the same thing with Audition. When I listen to the file before importing it into DaVinci, it sounds fine as a WAV file. When I import it into DaVinci, it has the same noise, which is even noticeable on other tracks. So, there's also this noise on the narrator track. Is there an error during import? Has anyone else noticed this?
I can't use the AI Music Editor like this.
best regards
