Speed Editor Smooth Cut problem

Hi all
I use speed editor in the cut page and i started to see a strange behavior which is whenever i press the smooth cut button in the the cut page it insert a cross dissolve cut instead of smooth cut
This had started to happen since i downloaded DaVinci resolve 20.
The buttons still work fine in the edit page, but usually i love to use the speed editor in the cut page, does anyone faced this problem or know a fix?

Set your default transition type to smooth cut.

When i made the smooth cut my default transition, nothing worked

What really worked is using the "Trans" button on the speed editor and make its default tot he smooth cut.
I will continue my project like that but like this the smooth cut button on the speed editor is useless and i have only 2 types of cuts to apply with the speed editor instead of three.

Update: this behavior started to work starting from DR 20 B4, the beta 3 worked as it was before
Is this gonna be fixed in future updates?
