So I have been trying "Resolve" this issue for several hours with no luck. I am new to DaVinci but have looked for anything related to this problem and can't find it.
For longer files, GoPro breaks the video into many smaller files and then creates assocated LRV files for each of them. After changing each fo these LRV files into MP4 files and placing them in the appropriate Proxy subfolder, Davinci only recognizes the first file in the sequence as a proxy. I have confirmed the metadata is identical with 1 exception:
For the first file in the sequence (the one that actually works) the encoded and tagged dates are the same between the LRV and original clip. For the remaining files on the sequence, the encoded and tagged dates are different. Could this be causing the problem? If so, has anyone else had this issue?
