Crashing when using media management tool w/H.265 footage?

PostSun Jun 08, 2025 6:15 pm

As per screenshots, I always export my finalised timelines for archiving and never have any issues when solely using footage from my Sony ZV1. However, my Pixel phone records in H.265 and whenever I create a video that combines both and wish to export the timeline, DR always crashes. Any ideas? This used to happen on my old HP Envy x360 laptop, but I've had a new desktop PC for several months (RTX 3060, 32GB Ram) and still have the same issue.

It may not be the Pixel H.265 footage, but that's the only differential I can notice vs the 100's of other videos I manage to export successfully. Is this a common issue in DR? I've had the issue on all versions and for info am currently using Studio v20. Latest version. Used to happen on all iterations of v19 too. On both my computers.

Thank you in advance
