1. Project Archive (includes .dra and drp files)
2. Davinci R17 app.
Anything else?
You know, just for grins we also export the following:
1) XMLs of every timeline
2) we grab stills of each timeline and export them to a self-contained "Stills" folder (Still timeline1, Still timeline2, etc.)
3) I believe Resolve 17 was the first to introduce "Export DRT," so export the individual timelines in DRT format as well.
4) if you're not 100% certain of the DRA unpacking, Media Manage all the source files and save those to a separate drive.
5) a separate DRP of the entire project just in case.
Once I do all that, I generally import the DRP to another system, open it, and then try to link to the archived source files. If all that works... then the archive was successful. It was in doing this that we realized some non-timecoded still formats (particularly JPGs) get left behind, and my theory is that Resolve and the edit lists don't know what to do with it. If the stills are converted to something like high-res ProRes 444 (even just a second), then they will have timecode and can be media-managed.
