Hi everyone,
I have a question for the experts.
Since I installed the update to Studio 20, there is a problem:
When I use the FLC, the image becomes paler - regardless of which preset and film look I select.
The further I pull up the Film Look Blend slider, the paler it becomes.
Also:
Previously, I could apply the FLC with the basic settings, set the "Clean Slate" preset and then you wouldn't see any changes to the clip, as desired. Now, even with this setting, the clip is at least a little paler.
I didn't have this problem in Resolve Studio 19. There was more colour in the image when using FLC.
I work on a MacBook Air M2. I usually use Davinci WG/Intermediate as the project colour space and Rec.709-A as the output colour space.
I have tested it with clips from a Fuji, a Sony and an iPhone. The effect is always the same.
Does anyone have any ideas or have experienced the same problem?
