Are you using the direct upload inside resolve? Don't.
This feature is never going to be stable as at any time Google could change their API and you are waiting on BM to update resolve.
Export a 60 mbit h.265 file from resolve and upload that via the YT website.
YT will accept Prores 422 or DNxHR HQX uploads as well, so you could select that from resolve to get faster renders. But you need to have a good internet connection to upload a 700mbit file in sensible time.
