One of the problems, Bob, is that so many posters blame the software for problems which are often of their own making. Yes, Resolve has its quirks and shortcomings like most software, but for somebody who has used it for a long time trouble shooting should be the first port of call. Using words like "sabotaged" does not endear others to the poster.
Back in analogue days, if the sound stopped working when you installed a new tape machine or console you didn't immediately blame Ampex or Neve, you looked for the reason and fixed it.
