Hello everyone,
I have used DaVinci Resolve for many private video projects. After updating from v18 to v19 (19.1.1 Build 8) DaVinci fails to render some jobs. If the projects contains clips encoded with HEVC, it shows the following error:
The file exists, is accessible, can be played with other players on my system and can be edited in DaVinci without issues. Only rendering a project containing HEVC encoded clips fails.
The log file shows some more details on the error:
It seems there is a decoding error. I tried changing the render settings to use other output formats and codecs but it doesn't help.
Any suggestions how to fix the issue?
