Nikon NEV & RED R3D Files on Resolve iPad Studio?

Gonna go ahead and bring this up again because I've seen no progress/response from BMD when this has been asked in the past. Will we be getting support for Nikon N-RAW and R3D files on Studio for iPad any time soon, or at all?

If it's a licensing/cost issue, I'm more than happy to buy each license in addition to the cost of the app; I will never use BRAW or Canon RAW in my work, but I use N-RAW and RED constantly. I really need these codecs to be available in iPad Studio version because I do a lot of work on the road and the iPad Pro and new Micro Control Panel w/Speed Editor work great for those end-of-day hotel room post sessions. Not being able to work in these two very popular raw formats makes the iPad/Micro/Speed Editor combo literally useless for me and this doesn't make much sense considering how much BMD has pushed mobile grading and editing with these components in the last couple years.

Times have changed; not everyone is shooting Canon these days. Would love to see more support for other brands. Thanks in advance!

Those are closed formats and you can't provide support until Nikon releases SDK for an iPad.
They are busy integrating NRAW format into 'old' RED SKD now as far as I read. This will bring NRAW support "over RED SDK" to apps which have RED SDK integrated.
Look like RED SDK has iOS suport, so this may be possible.

Yes I’d love to have N-Raw decoding in Resolve on my iPad Pro. I’m still having to carry a laptop instead of my iPad when on the move.

This has already happened back in February when they released a REDCINE beta, now full version. which can handle N-Raw. Only for Mac and Windows to date. Adobe announced they would be enabling N-Raw in Premiere later this year. I’m not aware of any app for iPad that can decode N-Raw.

RED SDK docs say it supports iOS, so it may be matter of implementation.

I’ll buy whatever iPad app supports N-Raw first. Here’s hoping.
