I think that's interesting! Because I also recently bought the full version and also looked for this function pretty much first. But it is well hidden. But if I understand it correctly, then for good reason. Because the hidden functions seem to be the ones that have not yet been optimized for the iPad and therefore often crash. I have not yet been able to use Depth Map properly because it crashes immediately.
However, to test it anyway, you must first open the window for the keyboard layout by pressing the key combination option+cmd+k. Then enter the word module in the search window to the right of the word commands and then click on show module. There you have to enter the keyboard shortcuts of your choice to get access to all hidden modules, in this case specifically for Fusion. I myself have selected the key combinations Control +0 to Control +7, whereby Control +5 is already assigned. Once you have opened Fusion by clicking on the corresponding tab at the bottom after activating it, you will find the effects associated with Fusion in the top left-hand corner. Depth Map is also located there. Some unstable functions will run better if you completely clear the iPad's memory before starting DaVinci by closing all apps in the background.
Anyway, I wish you better luck than I've had so far!
