I need buying advice for output cards

Hi,

First, a few Specs
Intel 2019 Mac Pro
Mini Monitor 4k (Great, but the limiting thing)
5700x GPU
580 GPU
Resolve 20
Flanders DM 240
LG 33in...ish something something OLED UHD TV

I think I need a new monitor card.
It would be nice to monitor 1080p on the Flanders while seeing UHD on the LG. Current card can't do that.
I also grade a lot of anamorphic, or weird timeline resolutions. Since the monitors only accept a standard resolution, I have to set my Output Scaling to 1080, and every time I render switch it back.

Is there a card that will allow UHD on one output and 1080 on another?
And also scale a non standard resolution to a new resolution?
All at the same time?
