"Replace Selected Clip" Imports Wrong Photo

This is not a crash, so there is no log file. I am wondering if it may be some fundamental misunderstanding on my part about how the program works, though. Any time I try to replace a photo with an updated copy of the same file, it keeps replacing it with another photo, over and over. The issue does not only happen with 1 photo in particular. It happens with any photo in the project. No matter which photo it is that I'm trying to update, it gets replaced by the same file.

I have uploaded a short video for anybody to look at and see the issue. Please let me know if it's "user error" or a bug. Thanks.
