UI indication of active parameter in System Preferences

PREFERENCE MENUS - INDICATE WHAT PART OF UI HAS FOCUS

From a freshly opened project in R15:

CMD+COMMA - takes me to SYSTEM PREFERENCES and opens with SYSTEM|MEDIA STORAGE

There seem to be several places 'tab' will take me to but only CANCEL and SAVE highlight when they are cycled through. No other elements indicate they have keyboard focus.

Up/Down arrows take me through the different USER choices (UI Settings / Project Save and Load etc) until I get to KEYBOARD MAPPING, where they cease to have any effect.

In any of the USER choices the tab key takes me through another series of blind choices, with only CANCEL/SAVE and the SEARCH and any ENTRY windows showing highlighting.

The tab key will often lead me to be able to use the spacebar to toggle a check box entry. But there is no indication in the UI that this will occur.

Similarly if I toggle a check box with the mouse, the space bar now toggles that entry. But there is no indication that this will occur.

Should really act like tabbing around a web page - a blue border, or similar, indicates which element of the UI has focus.
