This setup has worked for over a month but suddenly (I didn't change anything), I came across a couple of issues.
A good anomaly is all of the sudden Davinci Resolve 12.5 started playing audio in MP4 format. I use to have to convert them to WAV, odd.
When I record using one stereo audio track (system sounds+mic), it works fine.
I like to (and have been successfully) use two tracks. One for system sounds, one for mic. It plays fine in Windows Media Player and VLC Media Player. But in Davinci, the video only shows the first frame while the audio plays the full course.
I'm recording with the following specs which I have used for a couple dozen videos with no issues
Mirillis Action ver 2.3.0
----------------------------------------------------
File format: MP4
Acceleration: AMD APP
Video Size: 1080P
Framerate: 60
Audio format: MP4 converted to single track 16bit/48000Hz WAV using Audacity ver 2.1.3
Record microphone on separate track
----------------------------------------------------
All I tried so far is updating video drivers with no avail. I hope this is simple enough. I can publish a short clip on YouTube to demonstrate if anyone wishes. What I may have done is accidentally pressed a shortcut key to cause this because it seems like something simple.
My work drive is a WD 1TB SATA-2/6Gbps with 696GB Free Space
