Resolve 15 Will Not Start Win 10

Program starts to load, gets to Color Page and quits.
Win 10
AMD RX-480 Graphics (8 gig ram)
Cybertron PC, quad-core (16 gig ram)

Any ideas?

Yes: get a crash log and move your post to the beta forum.
My disaster protection: export a .drp file to a physically separated storage regularly.
