About transations

Hello! Can someone help me? I have 2 tracks and resize and put for example "push" transation on top. But transation works on both - top and bottom tracks. I need it only on top. How to fix it without fusion?

Try to transition in the second layer not between blank and clip, but make a phony clip in the "a" side with 0 transparency.

Ser if it works.

You're trying to "reveal" more than push, right?
