Multicam for Live Event / Show

how can i create a multicam clip / sequence for 4 angles containing around 20-30 clips? i synced in plural eyes exportet xml from premiere .. than i tried to create a multicam but it only takes like the first clip of each angle.. i tried to compound all clips from each track and make a multicam from there but it doesnt worked .. someone can help?

i found out that i can create a multicam from the mediapool than delete all the clips inside and copy all the content from another sequence in it. thats really complicated is there an easier way? and i got a delay when im doing the live cut in the multicam windows for about 0.5-1 second
