Hello my name is Joe I just downloaded Resolve 15 and am having trouble getting started.
When I boot up the program I get a pop up saying the GPU accelerator has an image processing error error code -33
When I go to import any video files they all look like a static tv screen and won't play in the preview.
Any advice going forward would be really helpful I haven't been able to find a decent editing program in a long time and this one looks great I hope I can use it.
