Jagged png scaling and missing feature

Hi all,
I created a simple b/w logo in Photoshop (rgb) 3000x2000px
Exported with transparent background (png)
I put this logo on the timeline and animated the scaling
During the scaling the resize effect causes jagged edges (the alpha is straight then is ok)
also testing the resize filters options I don't have any improvement on scaling.

Also...
when creating a cross dissolve between a video track and a graphic logo we can't move key frames to the cross dissolve start or into the area where the two clips are overlapped by the cross dissolve effect.
In Premiere Pro I can move keyframes into the cross dissolve area.

Edit:
making the same scaling effect in Fusion the result is perfect, no jagged edges on alpha...Weird...

when creating a cross dissolve between a video track and a graphic logo we can't move key frames to the cross dissolve start or into the area where the two clips are overlapped by the cross dissolve effect.
In Premiere Pro I can move keyframes into the cross dissolve area.

Instead of having the video and graphic on the same track, put the graphic on a track above or below the video (with overlap), set the key frames, then use the fade handle on the top track to create the dissolve.
