Cache & output blanking bug

If i have output blanking applied (2.35) to a project and cache option is 'smart', the blanking dissapears when rendering on playback and wont reappear. If i then switch to 'user' cache mode, the blanking returns. This is repeatable for me. Seems another cache related issue, of which there still appears to be a few, particularly with the smart option.
