Deliver video settings are not saved within the project

Every time I open my projects I have to switch from Quicktime to MP4 H.264
Why output settings (latest used) are not saved within the project?

The diver project name could be stored, too.

Same regarding single frame export, it always falls back to default.
My disaster protection: export a .drp file to a physically separated storage regularly.
