I have three scaled down videos (zoom: 0.87) side by side, one left (partially on screen), one centre (fully one screen), one right (partially on screen). I try to move all three videos (at the same time and speed) to the left along the x axis.
Problem is Resolve only allows a position change (from zero) equal to your project resolution, in my case 1920 pixels in the x axis.
So where I move the left video from transform position: -500 to -2000, Resolve 'corrects' -2000 to -1920. This is a huge issue because the middle video moves at the correct speed (-1500 pixels/time), but the left and right both move at a different speed (-1420 pixels/time) because of this 'correction'.
My workaround is using both transform position and transform anchor point together for moves beyond 1920/-1920. But I should not have to.
To Davinci Resolve techs, please remove the transform limits. Although I have not checked other effects, I imagine this flaw would be found elsewhere. It totally messes up keyframe effects and must be dealt with.
Thank you for reading.
