Consolidation Issues from MXF Arri to EXR

Hello, I have been noticing an issue while consolidating a project file from MXF Arri 3k, Red r3d, mov to transcoded exr media in 2k 16:9.

Timeline was setup in the original project at 2048x1152 with 3k media and multiple resolutions, several resizes occurred and key framed resizes. Once consolidated and transcoded to EXR 2k all the resizing done in the edit page is gone and it needs to be resized.

let me know if there a quick fix to this issue

It sounds like you transcoded the source files in which case timeline processes like sizing and color correction would not yet be applied.
If you use the same timelines and relink to the exrs you can then apply effects
