Have New Multicam Clip dialogue remember last settings

Every time I create a multicam clip I'm having to toggle the same settings over and over. The dialogue should be remembering my last used settings.

I would find this helpful as well.

Particularly niggling is that the starting timecode is always 01:00:00:00 and has to be manually changed, despite having my preferences set to start all timelines at 00:00:00:00.
