Just moved from Vegas.. I have some questions

Hi all,
I just discover Resolve and I fell in love with it. But I still have some questions and difficulties.

I'm a video editor who working on VEGAS (Sony Vegas in the past) and I want to know whether Reslove can act like Vegas:

1. When I click on a position in the timeline I except to see the playhead jumping to this position.. Can I make it happen?

2. When I drag I expect to see the workarea appear (in-out).

3. I am a hebrew speaker (and reader) and I wish to create subtitles in hebrew.. but it won't work. I can't see the subtitles when it written in hebrew. Why?

I'm also a new recruit to Resolve from Vegas (don't get me started on what Magix has done to wreck that editor ) so I'll try to help.

Click on the line just above the timeline (where the red-triangle of the play-head appears) and it will jump to that position.

2. When I drag I expect to see the workarea appear (in-out).

If you're trying to expand/contract the view of the timeline, hold down the ALT key and use the scroll-wheel on the mouse while positioned in the timeline area.
